PEP

PEP is a Program for Professional Excellence, a private foundation funded by private entrepreneurs from around the country for the purpose of providing an opportunity for special training the university and high school students that are motivated and show excellent commitment in their overall semester qualifications.

 

PEP was founded 20 years ago and has graduated from its yearly program more than 1300 students who are faced/confronted with real life company environment and dialogues, exposed to motivational and leadership presentations and team dynamics. LBH Colombia has benefited from the organization by hiring at least 5-6 of its graduates throughout the years. In turn LBH Colombia contributes on a monthly basis with the sustainability of the project and offers a 2 hours presentation of leadership principles every year.
