The FUNDACION PAOLA ANDREA VIVAS VELASQUEZ is a not-for-profit foundation, which offers help to children sick with cancer in the city of Barranquilla, Colombia. Its mission is to contribute to their quality of life at medical, hospital, mental health, recreation and social support levels.

 

This small hospital only serves children of lesser economic status and its creation was inspired by the sensible death of the child Paola Andrea, whose parents, both from the medical community fought intensively to rid her off leucemia. Paola passed away in 2002 . Out contributions to this cause goes on a monthly basis.
